The coast stretches from the municipality of Denia in the north to Torrevieja
Climate
The Costa Blanca and especially the area south of Alicante from Santa Pola through Guardamar to Torrevieja, offers a microclimate that provides 327 days of average sun per year. Temperatures range from 12 ° in January to 33 ° in August. It's not unusual to have 21 ° in the middle of December! The place is also ideal for relaxing outside the high season, enjoy an Indian summer cheaply or escape from a harsh winter to get a little sweetness through a mild climate.
Golf
Golf enthusiast? Watch this website which is in fact a map that includes all the golf courses in Spain and therefore the Costa Banca. The website gives all the details of each field, the price, the difficulty as well as photos. There are 7 golf courses within 20km of the apartment and 18 courses within a radius of 50km.
Restaurants
Costa Blanca is full of good restaurants. Here are some restaurants that we have already tried with my wife within 15 minutes of the apartment: El Meson Dela Costa (a sensational wine cellar and wonderful fresh products), La Finca Vuelta (very nice setting), La paletta del sabor (gastronomic restaurant) and Meson el Huertano (in the same style as El Meson de la Costa but more abordable). Tasca Nueva Bahia (winner of tapas contest – not expensive but really tatsy)
The Sea
Guardamar is a small pearl of the Costa Blanca, a city that has remained a little protected from contemporary architectural influences, its coastline offers 11 km of sandy beach. We usually go to these two beaches located 15 minutes drive from the apartment. The first is that of El Moncayo, the second is that of Campico.

The price announced is for a stay for two persons, for each extra tenant 5€ / night will be charged.
(ex : 5 travellers during the month of June will cost : 105 + (5x3) = 120€ a night)
Informations
Cleaning fee
Amount of € 85 for cleaning must be paid on the spot, at the apartment, in cash.
Deposit
300 € must be paid to our account at the latest 15 calendar days before your arrival with this communication: OB - and the period of your stay.
Minimum rental period
One-night stays are not accepted.
You must book at least 2 nights.
During july and august, it’s only possible to rent from 7 nights and multiple and from Saturday to Saturday
House book
After receiving the downpayment the Book of house, would be sent to you. It contains all the information concerning our apartment: rules of procedure, keys, cleaning, etc.
Airbnb
This apartment is also on Airbnb, get a minimum 10% discount from airbnb price, if you book directly from this website.
